Founder & Managing Director
Anas I. Bawahab is the founder and managing director of Hezarfan, bringing together medical education and graduate training in healthcare administration to support the business and operational needs of independent practices.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Dow University of Health Sciences and his Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. This combination informs his understanding of the relationship between patient care, practice operations, and the organizational decisions that shape a healthcare setting.

I founded Hezarfan because I believe physicians should have the freedom to shape their practices around the care they want to provide. Too often, administrative demands and pressure to see more patients pull physicians away from the work that brought them into medicine.
My goal is to be a trusted partner to practice owners—helping them navigate the business of healthcare while keeping their priorities at the center. Hezarfan provides the guidance, coordination, and operational support to help you move forward.
I believe a stronger practice should support the physician as well as the business. That means looking for ways to reduce administrative work, improve how the team operates, and make better use of existing resources before asking anyone to take on more. Through practical planning and ongoing remote practice management, we help carry the administrative load so you can focus on caring for patients.
I begin by listening to you and your team, understanding what matters most, and building a plan that fits the practice you want to lead.

The name Hezarfan draws inspiration from “hezarfen,” combining hezar, meaning “a thousand,” and fen, referring to science or knowledge. I chose this name because it reflects my belief that the best solutions often come from bringing different fields of knowledge together.
For Hezarfan, that means connecting medical understanding, healthcare administration, and business management to support the whole practice. We consider how people, processes, and systems work together, helping practice owners make informed decisions and move forward with a clear plan.
